Head of Sales – EMEA to Rillion
Role Overview
As Head of Sales EMEA, you will lead our sales strategy, execution, and team development. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and building a high-performing sales organization. Your understanding of financial operations, including accounts payable processes, will be key in navigating complex enterprise deals and aligning with our finance and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a scalable go-to-market strategy across EMEA.
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of Account Executives and Business Development Representatives.
- Own revenue targets and pipeline generation.
- Oversee forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene. Run deal reviews, pipeline inspections, & forecast meetings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success.
- Drive mid-market and enterprise sales cycles with a deep understanding of SaaS metrics and buyer journeys.
- Partner with Finance and Operations to streamline billing, collections, and accounts payable processes in large-scale deals.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships and channel relationships.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with several years in leadership roles.
- Proven success in scaling revenue in high-growth environments.
- Experience managing multi-country teams and navigating diverse EMEA markets.
- Familiarity with accounts payable workflows and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel across EMEA as needed.
