About the Role
As our Frontend Tech Lead, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the development of our web and mobile applications. From initial planning to final execution, you’ll be deeply involved in every stage of the development lifecycle. Leading and inspiring the Frontend team, you’ll help shape our technology stack, influence the technical roadmap and foster innovation. This position offers significant responsibilities alongside ample opportunities for professional growth, enabling you to lead the team in impactful ways and directly contribute to the success stories of small businesses.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the frontend architecture for our web and mobile applications, setting the foundation for scalability and innovation.
- Ensure our tech stack stays modern and relevant as you mantain a good balancing of code quality and developer experience.
- Provide guidance and mentor our frontend developers to thrive to be the best of themselves through code reviews, pair programming and frontend forums.
- Work closely with our backend teams, UX designers and product managers to create smooth and high-performing user experiences in an agile manner.
Required skills:
- Several years of experience building and maintaining web applications using React, with a good understanding of component-based architecture, state management and modern React patterns.
- Proven ability to develope mobile applications with React Native, good knowledge of optimizing performance, handling platform-specific challenges and integrating native modules.
- Proficency with monitoring tools. We use Sentry, Posthog and Grafana.
- Experience with testing and test automation for mobile and web applications.
- Bonus points for experience in leading development teams, knowledge in CI/CD pipelines and cloud services like AWS.
