CTO to an Cyber Security Scale-up
On behalf of our client, Ants Executive is recruiting for an exciting scale-up company within cyber security to find their new CTO.

About the Role
In the role of CTO, you will work both strategically and operationally, remaining close to both business and tech. You will have the main responsibility for the company's technical strategy, development, and operations. A key priority will be to stabilize and scale the current infrastructure platform, making critical technical decisions to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the cyber security field.
One of your core focus areas will be to build and lead an engineering team that will grow together with the company. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring product roadmaps are followed, facilitating technical rollouts for new clients, and handling technology budgets. You will be a key member of the management group, reporting directly to the CEO.
Who You Are
You have 10+ years of experience working in tech, specifically within cyber security and Identity and Access Management (IAM). We also believe that you have:
A relevant academic bachelor's or master's degree.
Industry-recognized certificates within IT security.
Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and growing a tech team.
Experience from startup- or scaleup environments with the ability to build scalable technologies in a fastmoving organization
Other information about this position:
This is a full-time position, and we primarily look for someone in Gothenburg but are open for other locations as well, such as Malmö and Stockholm.
