Junior Workplace Engineer
We’re looking for a Junior Workplace Engineer to join our Productivity and Collaboration team within internal IT at Rillion.

Your responsibilities
• Provide IT support to Rillion employees and consultants across 1st–3rd line
• Manage onboarding and offboarding of users
• Handle and configure laptops, phones, and other hardware
• Administer Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, and Entra ID
• Support daily operations through Slack and our ticketing system
• Ensure proper documentation for security and compliance
What you bring
• Education or hands-on experience in IT support or systems administration
• Solid knowledge of:
– Microsoft 365
– Microsoft Intune, Defender, and Entra ID
• Strong communication skills in English
• A service-oriented mindset and willingness to take initiative
• Ability to work independently in a small, fast-paced team
Bonus if you also have:
• Experience with Mac in Windows environments
• Familiarity with Google Workspace
• Basic PowerShell skills
• Fluency in Swedish
