Technical customer success specialist - Mandarin speaking

After many years rooted in scientific research, we are now entering an exciting phase in which our products are seeing broader adoption across industry. As the Chinese market accounts for a major part of our revenue, you will play a key role in supporting our Chinese-speaking customers throughout their journey with Excillum.
What You'll Do
· Coordinate X-ray source installations and act as a communication bridge between customers and our technical teams.
· Handle service cases, coordinate technicians, and escalate complex issues when needed.
· Manage orders for spare parts and consumables, including quotation handling and delivery tracking.
· Follow up on outstanding payments in a professional and culturally sensitive manner.
This role is broad and varied, combining traditional customer-facing support with responsibility for local digital marketing activities. In addition to handling day-to-day customer inquiries and support cases, the role includes managing local digital marketing initiatives such as WeChat content, campaigns, and customer engagement, ensuring alignment with global marketing strategies.
You are...
· A native or fluent Mandarin speaker with strong English proficiency.
· Probably having a Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
· Familiar with tools such as CRM systems and WeChat Official Accounts.
