People & Culture Business Partner (1-Year Temporary Contract) – Rillion
We are looking for a People & Culture Business Partner for a 1‑year temporary contract to support our global organization and strengthen our people processes. Your responsibilities
Advise and support leaders across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with our values: Reliable, Curious, and Ahead.
Strengthen the employee experience from onboarding through offboarding.
Support recruitment processes and ensure smooth, engaging onboarding for new team members.
Contribute to compensation and benefits work, including implementing fair and transparent pay practices in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive (e.g., clear salary ranges, objective criteria and equal pay for equal work).
Maintain compliance with Nordic labor laws and internal People & Culture policies.
Analyze and report on People & Culture data to identify trends, guide decision‑making, and improve processes.
Continuously develop and refine our People & Culture practices to support a healthy, compliant and forward‑leaning work environment.
What you bring
Broad experience across the employee lifecycle in fast‑paced, international environments.
Strong business understanding and ability to connect people initiatives with organizational goals.
Solid knowledge of Nordic labor laws; U.S. employment experience is a plus.
Collaborative, curious and hands‑on, with a willingness to work both strategically and operationally.
Reliable, trustworthy and able to build strong relationships across the organization.
Interest in how AI can enhance People & Culture processes and employee experience.
A university degree and fluency in Swedish and English.
