Partner Sales Manager at Rillion

As a Partner Sales Manager at Rillion, you will be an inquisitive, resilient, and high-performing sales professional with experience in selling SaaS technology. You will be responsible for bringing on new referral and resell Partners. The Partner Sales Manager will work with the referral Partners and the direct sales team to bring new deals in the pipeline and move them towards a close. You will bring deep insight and exceptional analytical abilities, confidently and meticulously guiding Rillion towards a successful future.
What you will do:
• Coordinate with the Direct sales team to close referral Partner deals to meet quota.
• Identify, prospect, and sign new referral and resell Partners.
• Identify, qualify, pursue, and secure a pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Make 30 prospecting calls a day to find new Partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with our partners.
• Manage existing Partner relationships by having quarterly meetings, discussing new features, renewing pricing agreements, and coordinating training their staff.
• Learn the Rillion Prime product.
• Create pricing proposals for reselling Partners.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients in addition to prospective clients.
• Utilize HubSpot (CRM) to efficiently manage, track, forecast, and report on your client/prospect pipeline throughout the sales process in your region.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure Rillion is delivering the most beneficial product experience based on received feedback.
• Attending Partner conferences.
What we are looking for:
• BSc or BA in business, sales, or marketing
• 5+ years’ experience in a B2B software or SaaS Partner sales role.
• 3+ years’ of managing a full sales cycle (prospecting to close).
• Network of ERP consultants - preferred.
• Proven success in crafting and executing outbound sales strategies.
• Proficiency with CRM software, preferred HubSpot experience.
• Exceptional consultative selling and closing skills.
• Metrics driven with a sharp focus on goals – believe in daily, weekly, and monthly
activities will help achieve them.
• Exceptional communication/presentation skills
• Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Accounts payable software sales experience, preferred (not required)
• Willingness to travel for various trade shows, large client meetings, etc. (as necessary)

Pay range:
Exact pay may vary based on skills, experience and location.
Base salary: 100-120 000.
Additional compensation: Commission
