Business Development Representative (DK) to Rillion

As a Business Development Representative at Rillion, you will be the driving force behind our growth strategy. You'll be on the front lines, identifying and engaging potential customers, and cultivating relationships that lead to lasting partnerships. Your skills for communication, strategic thinking, and resilience will play a pivotal role in shaping our success.
What you will do
- Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential customers within the Danish market using prospecting tools
- Initiate conversations through personalized emails, calls, and social media interactions to create interest and curiosity
- Qualify leads and gather valuable insights to understand their pain points, needs, and objectives
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and seamlessly transition leads into the sales funnel
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and progress using Hubspot
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, market triggers and our product offerings to effectively articulate value propositions
- Bring your experience, creative thinking, and strategies to advance our company’s values, culture, and vision for the future
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in a BDR, sales, or customer-facing role within a SaaS or tech company.
- Excellent written and verbal Danish communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts concisely.
- High level of independence with initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and effectively communicate the technical aspects of our solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the drive to exceed targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Interest in marketing, networking and social media (LinkedIn)
- A plus but not required: Business background from school
- A plus but not required: Experience working within AP Automation or Purchase to Pay -process
- A plus but not required: Experience working with Hubspot and 6sense
