Product Manager to Rillion

We’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of one of our new AI-driven products. In this role, you’ll work in a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and stakeholders to build solutions that contribute to our company’s growth.

What you will do:
- Deeply understand customer needs through qualitative and quantitative research
- Work closely with engineers, designers and other stakeholders to discover and build solutions that solve real customer problems.
- Define success metrics, track performance, and iterate based on insights.
- Partner with the engineering manager to lead team efforts, ensuring timely delivery, communicating release information and keeping the organization updated about our progress.
- Work closely with our PMM for product launches and sales enablement.
- Acting as the voice of the customer and championing a strong product culture.
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitors to drive product innovation.
- Continuously improve our product processes, tools, and ways of working to build a high-performing product organization.
What we look for:
We think that you have 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a SaaS company. You also bring:
- Strong ability to collaborate in a product trio (PM, engineers, designers) to conduct user research, validate assumptions, and turn insights into product improvements.
- Experience with discovery methodologies such as user interviews, prototype testing, and competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with product analytics to drive decisions and assess performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent Swedish, both written and spoken.
- Bonus points if you have: Experience with purchase-to-pay processes, capture and e-Invoice solutions, or AI-powered products.
