We are looking for an Engineering Manager - AI to build and lead a new AI team, driving the development of AI-powered solutions within our platform. In this role, you’ll combine technical leadership with hands-on development, ensuring that our AI initiatives deliver real business impact. 

You’ll be part of a collaborative environment, working closely with product managers, data engineers, AI engineers, and software developers. If you’re a skilled leader with a strong AI/ML background who enjoys both strategic decision-making and coding, we’d love to hear from you! 

Responsibilities 

As Engineering Manager, you will: 

• Build and lead a small, agile AI team, including AI engineers and software developers. 

• Collaborate across teams, aligning AI capabilities with business and product goals. 

• Mentor and support engineers, fostering a high-performing and innovative culture. 

• Develop and implement AI/ML-driven features, actively contributing to coding and system architecture. 

What You’ll Bring 

• Experience leading teams within data and AI in a product-driven company. 

• Ability to balance technical execution with team leadership and coaching. 

• Background in SaaS, fintech, or data-driven product development. 

• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Python and ML frameworks. 

• Proven track record of deploying AI/ML models into production. 

• Experience working with cloud-based AI solutions (Azure, AWS, or GCP). 

• Fluency in English. 

Bonus points for: 

• Experience with generative AI, MLOps and Databricks 

• Experience driving the technical direction for AI initiatives and architecture.
