Field Marketing Manager to Rillion
We are looking for a creative, dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to take responsibility of our field marketing initiatives across the EMEA region, where our primary markets are Sweden, Finland and Denmark.
As the Field Marketing Manager you will be executing on our localized marketing strategies with the overall goal to drive brand awareness, demand generation, pipeline growth, and customer engagement.
This role requires close collaboration with the sales team, the partner team, customer marketing and product marketing as well as the marketing team as a whole and other local stakeholders to align efforts and deliver measurable results. The role is part of the Marketing team and is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Event Management
- Plan and execute field events, trade shows, roadshows, webinars and sponsorships to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Alignment with the local sales teams, event partners and other relevant stakeholders with regards to all pre-, during and post-event communication, marketing-driven event campaigns, and promotion strategy and execution.
- Evaluate campaign and event impact and ROI, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize future investments and refine strategies.
- Plan events and campaigns according to budget and report after completion.
- Partner Enablement and Support
- Work in close collaboration with the Partner Account Manager to identify and develop continuous partner growth opportunities
- Develop marketing materials, sales collateral, and toolkits to enable partners to effectively promote and sell our solutions.
- Plan and execute joint marketing activities (e.g., email campaigns, webinars, events) with partners to drive demand generation and pipeline growth.
- Act as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring regular communication and engagement.
- Work with partners to develop co-branded content, including case studies, solution briefs, and whitepapers.
- Campaign Development and Execution
- Supporting the overall demand generation strategy by planning and implementing region-specific or vertical-focused marketing campaigns tailored to local audiences.
- Partner with sales teams to create and execute account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives for local key accounts.
- Performance Measurement
- Monitor and report on performance, ROI, and key KPIs (e.g., leads generated, pipeline growth, customer acquisition and ARR).
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years in field marketing, demand generation, or a related role
- Experience working within B2B Tech, or the SaaS space
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset and an eye for detail.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with sales and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM and CMS systems (we use HubSpot), project management tools (e.g. Monday, Trello or similar), event/webinar tools (e.g. GoTo Webinar, Zoom) and basic graphic design tools (e.g. Canva)
- Fluent in English and preferable one Nordic language
