We’re looking for an experienced Software Engineer to lead the development of our solar park software. You’ll design, build, and improve our control center for monitoring, performance reporting, and troubleshooting—focusing on real-time data and building a robust control center that can be used by both Vaja and its customers. You will also be overall responsible for our code base, including optimized algorithms for controlling our solar trackers and integrating third-party solutions and IoT devices into our platform.

• C#/Python. Your expertise will drive our core development efforts. We value deep, hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance systems.

• C/C++. Somewhat experience here helps us optimize system performance and ensure stability in areas where low-level programming is beneficial.
  
• Algorithm Development. Your problem-solving skills and passion for fine-tuning algorithms will help solve complex challenges and drive our systems’ efficiency.
  
• Cloud Environments. Comfortable working in cloud platforms. Your ability to design secure, scalable solutions and manage real-time data flows.
  
• Test Environments. Ensuring robust software through well-designed test environments. A methodical approach to testing and quality assurance is highly valued.
  
• Data Analysis and Modeling. Turning data into actionable insights is a core aspect of our work. If you’ve done predictive modeling or similar, we’d love to see it.
