IT Support Technician to Nordic Capital
We are seeking a motivated IT Support Technician with junior experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT systems and a desire to advance their technical expertise. As an IT Support Technician, you will work with our experienced IT team to provide reliable and efficient technical support to our employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming IT incidents and service requests, escalating when necessary
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues, including operating systems (Windows and macOS), applications, and peripherals
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of Azure AD and Microsoft 365 services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT process improvements
- Assist with the management and maintenance of video conference infrastructure (experience in this area is optional)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and system inventories
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and stay updated with industry trends
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on technology usage and best practices
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support role
- Understanding of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with Azure AD and Microsoft 365 services is a plus
- Experience with automation and Powershell scripting is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous learning mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
