As our next Director of Product, you´ll play a central role in driving the success of our sales and marketplace product offering and lead a product team distributed in Sweden.

What You Will Do:
As Director of Product, you’ll lead and grow a team of five Product Managers, driving their development and ensuring they deliver real business impact. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across the organization, working side-by-side with design, engineering, and other product leaders to align efforts with our product strategy, customer needs, and business goals—all while reporting to the Chief Product Officer. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

• You’ll mentor and guide your team of Product Managers as coach and player, helping them become customer-centric and innovative leaders who deliver real results.
  
  
• You’ll champion fast, focused product delivery, using lean practices and rapid experimentation to keep things moving forward.
  
  
• You’ll align our product strategy with business goals, ensuring every initiative drives growth, boosts customer satisfaction, and improves retention.
  
  
• You’ll build strong partnerships across teams, working hand-in-hand with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to create seamless collaboration.
  
  
• You’ll help bring our Product Operating Model to life, ensuring smooth execution and day-to-day success in everything we do.

You thrive in a operational setting, demonstrating the ability to coach and grow your team. You love solving problems and believe deeply in a customer-led approach, enjoying every opportunity to engage with customers directly. You are a confident star, but you know your biggest stars are your team.

We believe that you have:

• 3+ years of SaaS product leadership experience
• Experience managing teams in a remote environment. We have Noders in Sweden and USA today and travel is required
• Hands-on experience with SaaS products, particularly in developing customer-facing mobile or web solutions
• A familiarity with marketplace technology and sales tools
• Experience with the Product Operating Model is a plus
