About the Role
Our IT Service Delivery Finance Team located in Kungsholmen, Stockholm is looking for a dedicated and experienced IT Process and Application Manager to take overall responsibility for our financial systems, with a particular focus on Unit4 Business World and Unit4 FPM. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our information systems are utilized optimally, effectively supporting our business processes. You will play a critical role in maintaining, optimizing, and evolving our application landscape to meet the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that our financial systems align with and support our business objectives.
- Maintain and enhance business processes related to the use of the financial systems.
- Educate and train users, including superusers, to maximize the value derived from our systems.
- Lead and maintain the superuser forum.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, manuals, and best practices.
- Manage and process improvement and change requests, guiding them through the IT Change Management process from approval to deployment.
- Communicate effectively with system users, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and understanding.
- Oversee vendor and contract management and ensure service levels are met.
- Participate in, or lead, the implementation of new system functionalities, modules, or complete system replacements.
- Conduct regular reviews of user accesses and ensure optimal license management.
Key Competencies
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing financial applications. Experience with Unit4 ERP and Unit4 FPM is a plus.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and how they can be supported by IT solutions.
- Experience in change management and leading IT projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across different levels of the organization.
- Vendor and contract management experience and a track record of successful system implementations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.
