We are seeking a highly motivated, hunter-spirited and dynamic Strategic Partner Development Representative to join our team. This role is critical in driving the growth and expansion of our partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strategic relationships. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing new partnerships possibilities that align with our business objectives, ultimately contributing to our overall success.
What you will do
- Identify and Prospect New Partners: Research and identify potential strategic partners that align with our business goals and market opportunities within the Nordic market
- Engage and Develop Relationships: Initiate contact with prospective partners through various outreach methods, including email, phone, and social media. Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships.
- Partner Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership strategies with company objectives and to leverage internal resources effectively.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Track and Report: Monitor and report on partnership development activities, outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and build relationships with potential partners.
What we are looking for
- Experience: +1 year of experience in business development, sales, or partner acquisition roles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English, with the ability to articulate value propositions and engage stakeholders at various levels.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
- Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
