We are looking for someone to join us in either Stockholm or Hamburg, the choice is yours!
Your role
As our Sales Manager*in (m/w/d), you’ll play a crucial role in expanding our reach and closing deals with B2B clients. This is a hands-on role where you’ll engage directly with potential customers, whether it’s through networking at industry events, direct outreach, or developing lasting business relationships. This position includes business travel, both locally and internationally. Here’s what you’ll do:
· Develop and implement business strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities
· Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals
· Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement
Who we’re looking for
We believe you’ll thrive in this role if you have a few years of experience in B2B sales, particularly within platform or consulting services. More importantly, you have the drive and self-leadership to make things happen. We’re looking for someone who is:
· A great communicator who easily connects with people and builds relationships
· Self-motivated, confident, and proactive in pursuing opportunities
· Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken
