Right now we are looking for a Junior Data Engineer to join our Business Intelligence team!

You're probably wondering what a day at work looks like...
As we embark on a journey to move our data infrastructure from on-premises to the cloud you will together with our Senior Data Engineers optimize and scale cloud-based data infrastructure. You will work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders within import, retail and finance to help drive insights and decision-making.

During a work week you will:

• Support the migration of our on-premises data infrastructure to cloud-based platforms in Azure (Data Factory & Databricks)
• Build and maintain data pipelines to support Business Intelligence initiatives in the cloud
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
• Develop and maintain documentation for cloud-based data pipelines and processes
• Participate in the design and implementation of cloud-based data solutions

Who are you?
Since we work closely together in the Business Intelligence team we believe that you are communicative and cooperative. With strong problem-solving and analytical skills you have the ability to work independently as well as a team member. Apart from that we gladly see that you have Bachelor's degree in related field and 1-2 years of previous experience from a similar role.

In addition to the above, we see that you have:

• Experience with SQL, ETL tools, and data modeling concepts
• Some experience with BI tools and platforms (Power BI, Tableau, e.g.)

It is a plus if you have experience in cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
