Your role:  

As our Managing Director for Speed Megatec, your main tasks will be to bring our products both to the Swedish market but also on an international level, where you will launch and grow the sale. A central part of your role will be to find opportunities and develop new as well as existing partnerships. You will play a key part in motivating as well as coaching the team. We are today a tightly knitted team consisting of a Production Engineer and a Technical expert, but you will also work closely with the outsourced production in Poland. You will have full P&L responsibility, but there will be close collaboration and support from the leadership team at Speed.

Your main responsibilities will be to:  

• Defining the business plan for Speed Megatec

• Find new and develop existing partnerships
• Expand our products into new markets in Europe
• Work with the daily operations like budget planning and HR/hiring
• Lead the Megatec team and work closely with internal and external stakeholders

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have approximately 7 years of management experience. You have been working with B2B sales and business development, preferably at a smaller scale. Furthermore, you are a positive, motivated and innovative person. You are a stable leader who has experience working in a broad role in a tech-driven environment. You explore new ideas, are observant and have an eye for improvement.

Additionally, we believe that you have:  

• A bachelor's or master’s degree, preferably in engineering or business
• Previous experience in sales and business development

• Experience in people management and acting as a team lead
• Knowledge of technical products and a passion for combining technology and business
• Excellent skills in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Swedish is nice to have
