As Hedin ITs first Devops Specialist you will bridge the gap between our development teams and operations.

The automotive industry is changing rapidly, where digitalization is pushing a drastic change in purchasing behaviours. Hedin Group continues to grow in Sweden as well as in Europe, and to maintain our strong position on the market, Hedin IT strive to offer the best digital customer experience. We are now looking for our first DevOps Specialist to join our team.

You're probably wondering what a day at work looks like..

… let us tell you! As our first Devops Specialist you will bridge the gap between our development teams and operations. You will set new standards, monitor, run our terraforms and manage alarms, which also means that you will be an important part of our infrastructure security. You will work in the Operations team and collaborate with our developer teams. Furthermore, you will work closely with our Service Delivery Manager to develop and follow up on our KPIs.

You will also:

  • Automate and improve development and release processes
  • Lead and coach our DevOps culture
  • Focus on safety-enhancing activities, automation and quality
  • Work with implementations, configurations and CI/CD solutions

Who are you?

To thrive as a DevOps Specialist at Hedin IT, we believe that you are structured and driven. You have a few years of experience of Devops and are fluent in English, in both spoken and written language. It’s also a plus if you speak Swedish.

We believe that you have experience with:

  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Kubernetes
  • Terraform
  • Azure DevOps

If you also have experience with Argo CD and Kustomize for auto deploy of apps and/or Helm for the installation of middleware, we see it as a big plus.
