The core of our business is an API-based video platform that our customers build into their video production workflows. Since 2009, software developers and content owners have used our API to solve some of their most complex challenges in building data-driven, cloud-based video content management solutions. The Vidispine platform is serving thousands of users with millions of files. We have been awarded the DI Gasell award for being one of the fastest growing companies in Sweden two years in a row, 2017 and 2018.

Your Role

As a Software Developer in the technical team of Customer Success you will mainly be working with customer projects and doing customisations of Vidispine software. Both in the frontend, middleware and backend. Languages used are mainly Java, Python, Javascript and possibly C/C++ depending on where your skill set lies.

We use an agile methodology in all our customer projects and have daily short sync meetings with the team. Also, work a lot with automated testing, code reviews and helping each other when needed.

Who are you?

You have a Computer Engineering or Computer Science degree and might have one or two years of working experience either as a tester or software developer. At Vidispine you will be working with Java, Python/Django, REST API’s, and GIT to implement new features in and customer specific solutions using our software.

You are creative and driven and have a passion to help customers to create scalable and stable solutions using code. You are a team player who likes having responsibilities and someone who can take initiative. You can quickly pick up new technology and never get bored learning new things.

Team Customer Success

The Customer Success team at Vidispine are responsible for post-sales activities and act as the key point of contact for members of our customer portfolio. The team helps customers with getting successfully onboarded, hold training sessions on our products, perform professional services and act as a customer advocate within Vidispine.
